稅局發出逾260萬份報稅表

稅務局今日發出約262萬份2020至21年度個別人士報稅表，納稅人一般須於一個月內遞交報稅表，經營獨資業務人士的交表限期為三個月。網上報稅可自動獲延期一個月。   《2021年收入（稅務寬免）條例草案》獲立法會通過，落實2021至22年度財政預算案提出的稅務寬免，包括寬減2020至21年度100%薪俸稅、個人入息課稅和利得稅，上限為10,000元。納稅人只需如常填報年度報稅表，稅務局會在評稅時作出寬減。   今日至7月2日，稅局電話查詢熱線187 8022星期一至五的服務時間會延長至晚上7時，星期六的服務時間則為上午9時至下午1時。 https://www.news.gov.hk/chi/2021/05/20210503/20210503_113353_184.html?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=blogger

發還產假薪酬計劃接受申請

勞工處今日公布，發還產假薪酬計劃即日起接受僱主申請。   自去年12月11日起，《僱傭條例》訂明的法定產假由10個星期延長至14個星期。透過此計劃，僱主可以報銷形式申請發還已支付予僱員的第11至第14個星期的法定產假薪酬，上限為每名僱員80,000元。勞工處已委聘代辦機構協助推行此計劃。   申請發還產假薪酬必須符合四項條件。其一，申請所涵蓋的僱員須由申請人僱用，並符合《僱傭條例》訂明享有產假及產假薪酬的資格。   其二，僱員已放取產假，而申請人已向僱員支付全數14個星期的產假薪酬。   其三，僱員於去年12月11日或之後分娩。   其四，已支付予僱員的新增四個星期產假薪酬不曾、也不會獲其他政府撥款支付或補貼。   僱主支付僱員全數法定產假薪酬後，可透過發還易網站直接遞交申請。僱主也可在該網站下載申請表格，或前往勞工處勞資關係科分區辦事處、香港黃竹坑道8號South Island Place 2樓204室計劃服務處索取申請表格。   查詢可致電2636 6353。 https://www.news.gov.hk/chi/2021/04/20210401/20210401_122442_797.html?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=blogger
